Child Care

Normanby Sunshine Club

Normanby Sunshine Club provides quality, affordable and reliable childcare to children from FS2 through to Year 6. We aim to be as flexible as possible offering a drop-in system for Breakfast Club and allowing parents to book their child’s After School Club place at short notice should they be unable to collect them at the end of the school day.

Breakfast Club runs from 8.am until the start of the school day. We provide a healthy choice for breakfast of fruit juice, toast and fruit. After School Club runs from the end of the school day until 5.45pm.

During both Breakfast and After School Club the children have the opportunity to take part in a wide range of fun and exciting activities, in a safe and stimulating environment. Activities include playing games, chatting with friends, using iPads, art and crafts, and relaxing in front of the TV! The children are also given the opportunity to complete any homework they may have with the support of the staff, if required. The children are encouraged to take part in outdoor activities on a daily basis in our private garden area and on the school playground.

Parents/Carers are required to register their child before they attend. Registration forms along with our Terms and Conditions are available from the school office or by calling into the club.
The staff at Normanby Sunshine Club all hold a relevant child care qualification, are first aid trained and have an up to date CRB check.
