Andrew Drage
I have worked at Normanby Primary School for 11 years. During this time, I have been actively involved in all aspects of school life and have always been interested in school improvement. I have leadership responsibility for curriculum innovation and act as school pupil premium champion. Both roles have meant that I am quite confident and comfortable dealing with a range of stakeholders and understand how whole-school improvement is implemented, driven and assessed. It is a pleasure teaching in a school with such fantastic children, parents/carers and staff and a privilege to be a member of the governing body.
