Year 4 Residential Medication Meetings

Dear Parents and Carers,

On your consent form for the Year 4 residential you have indicated that your child has a medical condition and may require medication to be administered.

We would like to invite you into school to discuss this further. Please bring the required medication, clearly labelled with your child’s name and dosage to the meeting.
